For better customer experience, please purchase only ONE item per order. If you want to purchase more than one item, please check out multiple times. Create one order for each item you would like to purchase.
All international orders can take an average of 13 - 15 working days to be delivered after the order is internationally shipped. Please note this is a Parcel Forwarding service meaning your parcel will first be delivered to a hub based in the US and then dispatched to your delivery address. This process can take between 7 - 11 working days.
During the checkout you will be provided with 2 or 3 international shipping options: regular tracked, priority tracked and express tracked. Regular tracked shipping option should have your item delivered within 13 - 15 working days on average, Priority tracked shipping will be quicker and slightly more expensive.
You will be provided with a link through which you will be able to track your order at all times.
Estimated shipping costs will also be provided during the checkout process. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable in any case.
Bear in mind that the delivery times and prices will vary depending on the end destination of the order, time of year, size and weight of the parcel.
Also please note that the application of Gift Card payments and the application of Discount Codes are not available in our international checkout hub.
Customs, duties and taxes
When purchasing items internationally you might find yourself in a situation where additional charges will be applied in accordance to your local rules and regulations.
Any customs or import charges that arise when a parcel reaches a destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no way of knowing what these charges may be as they vary from country to country.
Bear in mind that these charges are non-refundable if you choose to return the purchased item.
Please be aware that these are not calculated and included in the final price shown in the international checkout and you will be notified by the relevant authorities if any additional charges have been applied.
